Mastering The Connection Game

If you've been through the 6 Steps Blueprint / Strategy trainings already, then you'll know the POWER of connecting with the people who have joined your community... and there is nothing that gives you more POSTURE than people coming to you to join your group rather than you chasing them... (using Attraction Marketing).

This module will show you several different methods of connecting with prospects who have not yet joined your community, so you can then attract more people into your community.

Personal connection is one of the things that makes us totally different to everybody else. Most people just spam their links, and try to automate as much of the process as possible... and we are different. We build real relationships.

Training #1 - The "Expert" Connection Method (13:24)

If you don’t have many “friends” on Facebook yet, then you need to go meet some like minded people and chat to them.

The more conversations you have with other people, the more those people will see your posts on your Facebook profile.

Then when you do your "Feeder Teaser Method" we talked about in the “Create Content” module, you will have a lot of people see it and comment who might then want to join your community.

Here’s how to make new friends…

Go to any fan page, or profile of any top Network Marketer

A few ideas are:

Network Marketing Pro - Eric Worre
Michelle and Bill Pescosolido
Diane Hochman
Randy Gage

You could then do the following:

1. Click on the “Follow” button on their profile
2. Comment on their profile if you can
3. Send a friend request or private message (As you'll learn later, if you send a Private Message, sometimes it won't get seen as it may go into "Message Requests" or "Filtered Messages", so you might want to make friends with them first before messaging...)

Here is an example of a private message you could send:

Hey Kim,

Great to meet you! I just saw you commented on one of Eric Worre's posts :-) and I wanted to reach out and say hi.

How long have you been involved in Network Marketing for?

Speak soon,

P.S. I just sent you a friend request also

Add 5-10 new friends each day from Network Marketing groups, or fan pages etc until you have 5-10 new people requesting to join your group each day. (Then you won’t need to go out and make new friends because they’ll all be coming to you!)

Training #2 - How-to Re-Connect With “Old Friends” to Attract Them To Your Community (14:48)

When you first get started with your community, you might not have many people join you... and you might not have your "feeder" strategy in place yet. The best place to go, to get some more members into your community is your existing friends list on Facebook.

Ideally, many of them will be Network Marketers who you've connect with and made friends with already... so it is just a case of "re-igniting" your friendship with those people first.

Anybody you connect with who is already your friend, but NOT in your community, you need to use a slightly different process for.

Remember, we NEVER just “add” people to our community. We ONLY offer value and a unique opportunity for them to be part of it.

Always look at the “relationship” you have with the person you are talking to, and don’t just treat everybody the same.

DO NOT just message somebody out of the blue and ask them to join your group… that is a very selfish thing to do, and we always need to frame this as WIIFM (What is in it for me)

People always think there is a HIDDEN AGENDA. And usually there is, especially in Network Marketing. So, you’ve got to try to not really have a hidden agenda and just be connecting with an old friend.

Remember, these are real people.

Example…

“Hey John, It’s been a while since we last spoke, and I just wanted to say hi :-)

Hows things?”

Then have a short conversation without any hidden agenda.

Then if they ask what you are doing, or when the timing seems right… say something like this…

“Things are going great thanks! I’m building a really unique community right now where I’m teaching people how to build their Network Marketing business online :-)

In fact, I’m just getting it off the ground, so I’m really in “beta mode” right now. But this is going to grow pretty fast.

Once you've got a reply back, send them a link to join your community.

Then go through the main strategy with them.

Tag them, welcome them and send them a message to start off the 6 messages and Conversation Ascension from the first Blueprint / Strategy module of this course...

Training #3 - How-to leverage the Brand New "Message Requests" Feature of Facebook (08:42)

In this training you'll learn how to best use the new Facebook "message requests" feature to reach more people. Now you are aware of this method you'll know why you may not get a reply from some people, and also... you'll see where some of your messages end up.

Training #4 - How-to Increase Your Response Rate With New Community Members (08:05)

In this training I'll show you how to increase your response rate with new community members. As you learned in the previous training, when you message new community members who are not yet your "friend" on Facebook yet... often your message goes into "Message Requests" or "Filtered Messages" and many times your new members won't see your first message.

So, this training will explain how to get around that.

Congratulations for completing this training... each video is a specific stage in the process so you'll probably want to go back to each video to make sure you are doing each technique correctly...

Remember: this is a MASTERY process... you probably won't get it overnight. However if you are willing to stay FOCUSED and implement what you learn, you WILL 100% get the results you are after...
