As you begin this journey with us, there are three (3) essential books I’d like you to read or listen to.

I recommend buying the physical books if you can because often with the audio versions, you cannot skip to specific chapters or pages, however if you don’t have time to read, then you can get the audio book and listen to them on the go.

As part of your morning routine, you'll have the opportunity to read. If you aim to read for 10-20 minutes per day, you'll have these three books completed with a couple of months max!

Step 2: Identify, Eliminate, Plan... (58:45)

If you're like most people you've probably have a lot going on in your life and business... and if you are not careful it will suck the time you have to focus on WorldVentures and your goals away.

So, to help you focus, here is my 3 step plan to eliminate information overload and plan your perfect week. Please make sure you take action on this and do it... I PROMISE you, once you've been through the exercise and done it, you'll feel AMAZING... and you'll be laser focused!

Be sure to use this as a template for your life. The more routine your life is, the easier it will be to hit your goals...

Even if your life is crazy and you work shifts, or often don't know what hours you will be working... still create your perfect week plan because you can then fall back on it later.

Make sure you make time for your family, and keep that time FOCUSED and only for your family... if you want a partner or spouse to understand what you are doing, you have to separate your life from your business and give them the time they deserve.

If possible, go into a quiet room which is totally away from distractions to get your focused time to work on your business!

I usually update my perfect week plan every 90 days or so, or when my life changes in some way.

My life used to be all over the place... there was no structure to my day. I used to work in a Nightclub till 4am in the morning, and worked 2 part times jobs so I know what a challenge it can be...

However, you need to work very hard at creating STRUCTURE and routine in your life... and gradually bit by bit other people will understand and your life will become much easier.

Without any form of structure you'll find it very hard to get your daily business action steps done.



Step 3: Identify Your 10-Year & 3-Year Vision, 1-Year, & 12-Week Goals... (21:23)

Now it's time to identify your high level vision, and reason why. This is what will motivate you and guide you to success. As part of this process, you'll also define your EXACT income goals for the next 1 year and 12-weeks to ensure you have a specific target to hit. We'll then break your goals down into bite sized action steps you can do every day.

NOW, Let’s Craft Your Perfect Future…

It’s time to get MOTIVATED! You will use your vision and goals to help push you forwards when you don’t want to do any more.

We will break everything down now so that in the next step, you'll be able to work out exactly what you need to do each day.

Here is my full plan and blueprint which you'll see how I've written my Vision and Goals down in. Feel free to model what I've created... however make it your own words and goals because mine will probably not motivate and inspire you.

Please Note: My goals will probably be DOUBLE what yours are. In this document I've put that my goal is to earn an additional $20,000 per month, whereas yours will be $10,000. Plus all your figures will need to be roughly half of what I have in my document.

1. What is Your Long Term 10-Year Vision?

What is your ultimate vision for your life and business?

Really think about what you want to be, do and have over the next 10 years. Where do you see your life in 10 years time?

Think WHAT IF... statements...

What if... I was to build a big Network Marketing business in WorldVentures and build a downline of 10,000 people?

What if... I was to be earning $50,000 - $100,000 per month, and that money was coming in to my bank account each and every month without me having to do anything because it is passive income...

What if... everything in my life turns out perfectly, where would I like to live? Who would I like to spend time with? Where would I go on holiday / vacation?

How big will my business be? What kind of fun will I be having?

How happy will I be because I focused right now on building my business that my family, children, friends now get to reap the rewards and benefits because I created a powerful vision and achieved it...

What if, what if, what if...

2. What is Your 3-Year Vision?

Now, chunk your 10-year vision down to a 3-year vision. What would you like your life to look like in 3 years? How much money would you like to be making, where would you like to live, who would you spend time with, where would you travel?

Make sure each smaller vision is in alignment with your bigger vision.

3. What is Your 12-Week Year Vision? 

We will be breaking our 1 year down into 4 chunks of 12 weeks. Based on the book “The 12-Week Year”. We will call each 12 weeks, a 12-Week Year. So, now it’s time to just focus on the end of the first 12-weeks and think about what you’ll have achieved by the end of your first 12-weeks.

4. What is Your 1 Year Income Goal?

How much money would you like to be making each month, one year from now. (Be realistic, and at the same time push yourself) $10,000 per month is achievable if you really push yourself - even if you are a newbie)

5. What is Your first 12-Week Year Income Goal?

Divide your 1 year income goal by 4. So if your 1 year income goal was $10,000 per month by the end of 2016 for example, then your first 12-Week Year income goal would be to increase your income by $2,500.

The LESS goals you have, the better... ideally 1-2 MAIN goals. Just remember, the more goals you have, the less chance you'll have to achieve them because your attention will be scattered.

Your goals should align with your 3-year vision... and you'd break them down like this...

So you start with your bigger vision and then reverse engineer your goals back until you know EXACTLY what you need to do each day to hit your goals.

Depending on your experience and drive, I recommend your income goals should be something like this...

1 Year income Goals = By December 31st 2016 I will be earning $10,000 per month in residual income from WorldVentures and MLSP. (Or just WV if you are only in WorldVentures)

You then break down the year into 12-week chunks, which makes things much, much easier in your mind to achieve.

1 year goal = $10,000 per month 

Now break it down into 12-week chunks.

Jan 1st - March 31st 2016 = Increase recurring 12-week income by $2,500

April 1st - June 30th 2016 = Increase recurring 12-week income by $2,500

July 1st - September 30th 2016 = Increase recurring 12-week income by $2,500

October 1st - December 31st 2016 = Increase recurring 12-week income by $2,500

You are actually increasing your monthly income by $833 per month, which totals up to $2,500 every 12-weeks.

Now you have your first 12-week goal.

Jan 1st - March 31st 2016 = To increase your recurring 12-week income by $2,500

Now it’s time to translate that into how many sign ups do you need in each program / opportunity to achieve that.

For this example I will assume you are building both WorldVentures and MLSP to give you the most chance of achieving your goals.

Now because your WorldVentures income will grow exponentially the bigger your team gets, it is harder to know exactly how many people you need in your team to be earning your target amount.

MLSP pays you $100 per month per Mastery member you sign up, so that makes things easier to calculate.

So, to hit your goal of increasing your residual income by $833 per month or $2,500 in the next 12-weeks, your targets for the amount of sign ups you get should be roughly:

Sponsor 15 Mastery Members in MLSP in 12-Weeks
Sponsor 12 Platinum Reps in WorldVentures in 12-Weeks

If you can do more than that… then you will earn more, and more income… however this is a fantastic target to aim for.

15 Mastery Members in MLSP will earn you $1500 per month in income.

12 Platinum Reps in WV will earn you between $500 and $1500 depending on how fast you sponsor them.

Then as your WorldVentures team starts to duplicate your income will grow exponentially.

IMPORTANT: If you want to hit your $10,000 per month goal by ONLY building WorldVentures, then you'd probably need to DOUBLE the number of personal sign ups each month, or help your team duplicate faster.

Break that down weekly now:

Sponsor 1-2 Mastery Members in MLSP each week

Sponsor 1 Platinum Rep in WorldVentures each week

All of a sudden, it seems believable and achievable!

You CAN do it!

Now you have your WEEKLY TARGETS... it is time to look at your daily actions and habits you need to do consistently to achieve your goals...


Step 4: (DMO) Focus On Your Daily
Method of Operation (17:05)

Now you have your vision, goals and weekly targets in place... it is time to look at the daily actions and habits you need to do consistently to achieve your goals... There are only 6 things you need to do on a daily basis...

OK, your DMO is your Daily Method of Operation and is what you need to do EVERY DAY in your business.

If you truly want success, you'll IGNORE everything else and will just focus on this DMO.

I've personally sponsored almost 1000 people in the last 6 years using this daily process...

The great news is that because it is a specific system that WORKS, if you do it daily and track it then we can figure our which steps you need to get better at...

The Daily Method of Operation I've given you below is my 6 Step Sponsoring Sequence, and essentially it is the EXACT steps you'll learn and implement in Phase 3 of these trainings. (When you follow Phase 3 and take action, you will be doing the 6 Step Sponsoring Sequence...)

Just do it DAILY!

2 hours minimum per day. Ideally 3 hours per day if you can. And during those 2-3 hours, ONLY focus on these steps. Everything else you do outside of your 2-3 hour block!

1. (Create) I am committed to creating a minimum of 4 pieces of compelling content each day. 2 pieces which feed new members into my group, and 2 pieces inside of my group, which gives value and gets engagement.

2. (Capture) I am committed to capturing a minimum of 10 new leads each day into my Facebook group, which gives me plenty of people to follow up with about WorldVentures and MLSP.

3. (Connect) I am committed to connecting with 10 new people each day with the purpose of making new friends and expanding my warm market.

4. (Comment) I am committed to getting a minimum of 5 comments on the content I post each day, and getting engagement in my group.

5. (Communicate) I am committed to communicating with 10 new people each day where I warm them up, build a relationship and help them with their business.

6. (Close) I am committed to speaking to a minimum of 4 new people on the phone each day where I inspire them to join my team and work with us.


Step 5: Create Your Full 12-Week Plan Blueprint (13:12)

If you followed the training and did your homework for Step 3, then you'll already have your 10-year vision, 3-year vision, 12-week vision, 1-year goals and 12-week goals in place. Now it's time to add your DMO and affirmations into the document to create your "12-Week Blueprint". You'll then print this out and read it twice per day...

Now it's time to put it all together into one 5-6 page document which you'll need to then print out and read every single day. Ideally twice per day.

I put my plan into a folder and then read it and visualise my life as if I've already achieved my goals. I read it first thing in the morning while doing my Morning Routine and last thing at night before going to bed.

You can basically copy my document and just add in your own vision, goals, etc.

Please make sure you CHANGE the text so it is your text because it needs to be emotionally compelling to YOU... and my vision will probably not motivate you to take action.

Here is what your document should have in it:

That’s it. Put it into a Word document, print it out, put it into a folder and read it twice per day!

If you do… then you WILL hit your goals and you WILL stay 100% focused.


Step 6: Track Your DMO & Daily Actions - Lead Indicators (17:23)

There are two things you'll be tracking each day. Lead Indicators (which are your 6 daily actions) and Lag indicators (which are your 12-week goals). By tracking both your execution and results we can then help you get better and better at each discipline until you have mastered the process... The better you get, the more money you make... SIMPLE!

In order for us to help you get better and better and improve your results so you hit your goals much faster, you need to TRACK and SCORE the activities you do on a daily basis.

If you worked in a company or organisation and had targets, then each day you'd track what you did so it could be improved.

You can ONLY improve what is measured...

For this step, we will track your "Lead Indicators" which are the actions you take on a daily basis.

Please enter in the settings into the software as above, and then each day you will input your points / score for each activity.

Please take note of the MAXIMUM for each activity.

Explanation of MAX daily points.

Create - Max Points = 4 - The reason for this is because you need to create a minimum of 4 pieces of content every day. It needs to be done daily. If you create 10 pieces of content in one day, only 4 of those would count towards your points to ensure you post your content daily.

Capture - Max Points = No Max - The reason is that it is ok to capture 70 leads in one single day, and then you've hit your target for the entire week. You can then just follow up with those leads for the rest of the week. So, there is no max for this.

Connect - Max Points = No Max - The reason is that you are welcome to connect with more than 10 people per day, or 50 people per week... and you can add any number of points to your connect score.

Comment / Engagement - Max Points = 5 - Engagement is a daily activity. Your target is to get 30 or more comments on your content over the week... so, only 5 comments per day will count because it has to be done every day.

Communicate - Max Points = No Max - You are welcome to have a conversation with as many people as you'd like each day / week. Your weekly target is 50, however you could do all these in 1-2 days if you want to. (Although it's better to spread it out over the week because you'll need to continue the conversation each day anyway.)

Close / Speak - Max Points = No Max - You are welcome to talk on the phone with as many people as you'd like each day / week. Your weekly target is 20, however you could do all these in 1-2 days if you want to. (Although it's better to spread it out over the week because it will take time to do them all in one go.)

Step 7: Track Your Goals - How Are You Performing? - Lag Indicators (06:32)

Now it's time to track your Lag Indicators, which will essentially show you how you're doing against the goals you set. Each day you'll mark off the day and will note any new sign ups you've got into your tracking sheet. Then, every single day that goes by... you'll be able to see how you are performing and if you are on track to hit your goals.

OK, so in addition to tracking your daily habits and actions, you will also be tracking your GOALS so you know if you are ahead or behind for any given month.

I've created a goal tracking sheet which you can print out and complete for each month. Then at the end of your day, you either cross the day off, or fill out the fact that you've got a new sign up and add to your running tally.

Step 8: (WAM) Weekly Accountability Meetings (12:03)

The Weekly Accountability Meeting is critical to your success. During this meeting you'll meet with either your upline or your own downline to check in, monitor your progress, get feedback and make improvements to your plan. We will be able to check if you are on track or off track to hit your goals and help you master the overall process.

Depending on who your sponsor is, will depend on if you have a Weekly Accountability Meeting to join. If you have not been invited to one yet, then please go to our Facebook Community and post a message asking if you can join someone else's WAM... or just create your own for your team...

As you start to sponsor new reps into WorldVentures yourself, I encourage you to set up and run your own Weekly Accountability Meeting. This is your opportunity to step up and lead!

If you turn to page 108 of the 12-Week Year book, you can read the small amount of info on the following two pages...

Essentially your WAM will look a bit like this:

Weekly Accountability Meeting Agenda

1. Individual Report Out: Each member states how they are tracking against their goals and how well they executed. Here are four areas to focus on :

a. Your results for the 12 Week Year to date. (Goals / Lag Indicators)
b. Your weekly execution score (Daily Habit Tracking / Lead Indicators)
c. Intentions for the coming week.
d. Feedback and suggestions from the group.

2. Successful Techniques: As a group, discuss what’s been working well and how to incorporate these techniques into one another’s plan.

3. Encouragement. Congratulate members. Any progress is worth celebrating... and gradually bit by bit the results of your team will increase.


Personally I have 7 people in each of my WAM's, and I usually have people I have personally sponsored and are all in the same leg of my downline. This way, we all have a common goal...

My WAM's usually run on the same day, at the same time each week and go for about 1 hour.

You can do the same... and follow the agenda I've given you above, which is the same as in the book.

I use Google Hangouts to do my WAM's. You can learn how to do a Google Hangout here:

The quicker you set up a WAM with your team, the faster your team will duplicate and follow the system....

I use a 3 strikes and you're out system. If people don't do the actions they say they are going to do each week... after 3 weeks they're out of the WAM to make way for someone else who wants it more than they do.

They can come back into the WAM later when they are committed.

Please use your own judgement on this.


Step 9: Reward Yourself
You Deserve It (10:35)

After I started rewarding my children for doing various activities around the house, I noticed that their behaviour improved and so did their self-esteem and confidence. I then decided to try it on myself... so every time I got a new sign up in an opportunity I would give myself a star. The more stars I earned the better my reward / prize was. Giving yourself rewards for getting results is a very powerful way of keeping yourself motivated...

Well, as the saying goes... "all work and no play, makes Jack a dull boy". Not only that, it also diminishes productivity and progress...

If you have your big 1 year goal, or 12-week goal and that is all you are focused on... you totally miss out on the journey. You miss out on all the small little incredible steps and achievements you make on a regular basis.

There are many things worth celebrating in your journey...

  • When you first create content and start to get comments and engagement on it... that is AWESOME!
  • When you get your first few leads into your group... or when you hit the first day of getting 10 leads in your group. That is AMAZING!
  • When you get a reply back from somebody to tell you that what you've shared with them or taught them has really helped. That is a BRILLIANT feeling...
  • When you first sponsor somebody into your opportunity! That is simply the BEST!

However, it doesn't have to be limited to the first time you do things...

Personally, I reward myself with small little things... both for myself and for my family. So, each time I get a new sign up in MLSP or WV, I give myself a "star". Once I get a number of stars I select one of my rewards...

You can do this on PAPER. Or, you can use an iPhone / iPad / Smart Phone app called iRewardChart.

iRewardChart is basically a children's reward chart and reward system.

If rewarding children motivates them to do better and behave better because they want to get their reward... then why shouldn't it work for you?

Here is how I reward myself.

  1. For each MLSP Mastery member I sponsor and earn $100 per month for. I reward myself ONE (1) star.
  2. For each WorldVentures Platinum member I sponsor I reward myself ONE (1) star.

I then have a list of rewards:

  • Family Cinema Trip (3 Stars)
  • Frankie and Benny's Meal (3 Stars)
  • Get a Massage (3 Stars)
  • Go to Giraffe Restaurant (3 Stars)
  • Go to Chessington Adventure Park (7 Stars)
  • Stay in the Lego Land Hotel (10 Stars)
  • Get myself a Gym membership (10 Stars)
  • Book our family holiday (20 Stars)
  • £500 Clothes for Pippa and I (20 Stars)
  • Buy a new Guitar (50 Stars)

Each time I get a new sign up I reward myself with a star. I can either keep collecting my stars to get my higher rewards, or I can cash in my stars in exchange for a reward.

If you get the whole FAMILY involved in this also, it can help moral... and really give you a purpose and a reason to work hard. (This can also help with getting a partner on board with you too...)

Now, I could EASILY buy one of those rewards / experiences without getting the sign ups... and could just decide to take my family out for a meal, however... where is the fun in that?

This way you condition yourself to getting your work done, getting results and then rewarding yourself...

If it works for kids... it will work for you :-)
