What To Do When You Sponsor a New Team Member In WorldVentures

Here are the instructions you need to follow to ensure your new WorldVentures team members gets access to this powerful training program, which will allow them to duplicate fast.
You MUST do this for EACH new member your refer otherwise they won't get access to anything.
Once you sponsor a new REP (not customer) into WorldVentures, it’s ESSENTIAL to follow the instructions below to ensure they get full access to this training program and our members only community.
So, here’s what YOU need to do when you sponsor a new team member in WorldVentures.
Step 1 - Send Your New Team Member a Welcome Email (Sample Email Below).
Step 2 - Submit the New Member Application Form Below
Please submit the form below for each new team member you sponsor into WorldVentures. This is very IMPORTANT because without you completing this form we will not know you have a new member who needs full access.
Step 3 - Add Your New Paying Team Member to Our Private Members Only Group. (When we approve your member, please WELCOME them in the group)
In order for your Team Member to gain access to our Member Only Group on Facebook, YOU will need to add them to the group.
In order to add them to the group you will need to be FRIENDS with them on Facebook first.
Once you have added them to the group, an ADMIN will need to APPROVE them.
Once we have approved them in the group, please WELCOME them to the group by publicly posting a welcome message in the group.
Step 4 - Add Your New Member to Ray Higdon's Team Start Living Group
It is important for your new team member to be around like minded successful people, so I encourage you to use the Team Start Living group both for yourself and for your team members in addition to our Rising Superstars Team group.
Step 5 - Schedule a 30 min WELCOME Call With Them to Help Them Get Started
Once you personally reach out to your new team member and speak with them on the phone to help them get started, they will be much more likely to build WorldVentures than if you just leave them to do it on their own... which will in turn ensure you earn as much commissions as possible.
Please speak with them and support them, and don't just ABANDON them. Remember, you are building a business for LIFE!
That’s it, the rest is AUTOMATED.
By doing this, it means that we can communicate with everyone to keep them in the loop and ensure they get access to the correct level of trainings we have.
Here’s a SAMPLE email you could send your new team member. (Be sure to add their NAME, and sign off with your name!)

In order for you to get access to the training and support community, please be on the look out for an email from Gavin Mountford in the next 24-48 hours which will include ALL your login and access details.
Once you have received your username and password via email, you will be able to login and access your trainings.
I will add you to our Private Members Only Facebook Group and one of our Ambassadors will Approve You and grant you access to our group and the WorldVentures trainings within the next 24-48 hours.

That’s it… but it’s IMPORTANT to go send this message to your NEW team member IMMEDIATELY so they can get access to the TRAININGS.
We need to make this process as DUPLICABLE as possible.
If you fail to do these 5 steps, then unfortunately your team member will NOT get access to our Support community or team trainings…
…therefore they will not sponsor people and you will not earn income from them because they’ll have no support, which means they’ll probably drop out and leave.
So, it’s essential you send them that welcome message… AND schedule a WELCOME call to help them get started.
