Writing Your 10 Day Email Sequence

So, now it's time to wrap up your Team Site Sales Funnel and write your 10 day email sequence. Once completed, you will have your full Team Site Sales Funnel in place.

Your email sequence needs to be written with your perfect prospect in mind. Keep everything congruent and make sure everything ties in together. If your Freebie was about how to generate more leads from Facebook, then write your 10 day email sequence talking about the same topic.

Make sure EVERYTHING in your Team Site Sales Funnel ties in together. Your capture page should be congruent with your thank you page, your download page, your freebie, your email sequence and your offers. Your prospect needs to know that you are writing DIRECTLY to them... and ONLY them.

Make the words you put in your emails be specifically related to your perfect prospect.

The BIG Picture Overview of Your 10 Day Email Sequence

In this training you'll learn how-to write your 10 day email sequence from a big picture perspective. You'll understand what each of the emails you write needs to be about.

If you think of the 10 days like this: Email 1 is stand alone. It needs to redirect your prospect to the thank you / download page. Then emails 2,3,4 are SET 1,  emails 5,6,7 are SET 2 and emails 8,9,10 are SET 3.

Focus on writing each set. Once you've got the emails written for the first SET of emails, the second SET will use a similar outline. The only difference is that the second SET of emails will point to different pages on your Team Site.

Writing Your 10 Day Email Sequence

When it comes to actually writing your 10 day email sequence you have two options.

1. Spend 30 mins to 1 hour each day and write out ONE email. Then after 10 days, you'll have your email sequence created.

2. Sit down and write them ALL in one sitting. (It will take you roughly 5 hours to get through them, and you'll have a flow.)

How you write your email sequence is up to you, but just get it done. Once it's done, then you can focus on driving traffic to your capture page and people will go through your Team Site Sales Funnel automatically.

The 9 Essential Elements to Use in Your Copywriting

Copywriting is probably the HIGHEST paid skill on the entire planet. If your copywriting skills are very good, you can expect to make a LOT of money online. If your copywriting skills are poor, then you won't be able to motivate and influence people very much at all.

1) Write Your 10 Day Email Sequence and Upload Them to Your Autoresponder - Make sure you set the time interval correctly. So, your first email must go out IMMEDIATELY. Then email 2 should be sent on day two, email 3 on day three etc. If possible, set your capture page as SINGLE optin, and NOT double optin so your prospect does not have to confirm their email address.

2) Link Everything Together - Make sure everything you've created so far is connected together. Your capture page should be linked to your autoresponder, and should redirect to the thank you page. Email 1 should link to the download page. Emails 2,3,4 should link to certain pages on your team site, and Emails 5,6,7 should link to other pages on your team site, and Emails 8,9,10 should link to other pages on your team site.

3) TEST, TEST, TEST - Before you drive traffic to your squeeze page you MUST test every step of your sales funnel. Do all the pages work? Do they look good? Do your emails read correctly? Do all the links work? I always test my funnel 3 times. I go through the entire funnel as a prospect would and make sure it works perfectly.
